Pan-Baltics Service (PBS) provides chemical technology and process solutions for the industrial coatings and surface treatment industry across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Since its founding in 2007, PBS has grown from a standard distributor into a comprehensive technical partner. What began as a small Estonian operation has developed into a regional resource for powder coatings, hanging and masking systems, and metal pretreatment, serving a community of over 200 customers.

Today, our team of 10 specialists operates from a 1,000 m² facility in Tabasalu, near Tallinn. This location serves as both our logistics hub and a training center where we share practical experience and technical knowledge. By maintaining over 220 tonnes of powder in stock and distributing more than 1,000 tonnes annually, we provide reliable delivery—same-day within Estonia and next-business-day to Latvia and Lithuania.
